| so- as it turns out i am really bad at keeping up with things like this. my mind is to easily distrac.... hey- what is that- sorry! i'm back! so anyways- yes- i am easily distracted. no- i did not keep up with this like i said i would to inform people of what happened over my summer. but as easily distracted i am, it's not entirely my fault! the place where we lived had no internet, so i always had to leave to get online, and there wasn't a good spot to sit down and write a nice little monologue! so- it ain't entirely my fault. but i am really bad at it. this summer went really well, for any of those who might be curious. it was tiring but fun. i was working full time at a KOA kampgroud and doing ministry activities when not working. if you have specific questions or want to know more, i can rattle on for hours! hehehe... i'll spare you tho. so i finally got a cell phone! welcome to connection with the outside world! it's a beautiful thing... maybe too beautiful.... so basically i get addicted to things easily... oops! anyways- i think i am finally done now! *the world breathes a sigh of relief!* au revoir mes amis! ~sharon rose~ | | |

| so i'm here in VA, at the start of a busy, but hopefully wonderful summer. but it was not so wonderful getting here. actually- it was good until i got to richmond. then i couldn't find the guy who was supposed to meet me. my luggage made it! (we're really proud of jfk!!) so after i got it, i was sitting in a corner of the baggage claim on my luggage, on the cell phone, looking like a vagabond. not to mention i was freaking out. i had no phone number for the guy who was picking me up, no way to reach the campground, and no clue what was going on. i called home and flipped out!! but then the guy came and end of stress and that story. now its just work and getting acclimated to the new environment and work schedule. tis fun. i work for two days and then i have two days off. i mean- what are you expecting me to do? i don't have a car and i just got here! and then i have 2 days of boredom? and we're not even allowed to use our computers most of the day. i have no idea what i'm going to do for those 2 days... meander around until someone decides to amuse me, i guess... oh joy. i would give an address if i had it, but i don't. but when i do... mwa hahahaha! anywhos- staff meeting for planning chapel tomorrow morning, and then- blessed sleep! | | |
